False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are supplied at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses start off at NCV level two plus the minimal prerequisite would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

At the time the student finishes NCVLevel two, they might then have attained a grade ten certification. NCV Level three would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, being comparable to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV amount two that is equivalent to an NQF level 2.
